These Terms & Conditions explain our subscription services, payment policies, technical support, cancellation procedures, and the responsibilities of both Cebu Brilliant Codes and our clients.
Our website subscription costs $99 per month, with a minimum commitment of six months, equivalent to $594 for the initial subscription period.
This service is designed for small businesses that need a professional WordPress website with hosting, maintenance, security, and ongoing technical support.
By subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable pricing and payment arrangements.
Your $99 monthly subscription includes:
A professional WordPress website with up to three standard pages, such as Home, About, and Services.
Website hosting and SSL security.
Regular WordPress, theme, and plugin updates.
Routine website backups, maintenance, and security checks.
Up to two hours of technical support per month.
Basic on-page SEO setup.
Standard pages are intended for typical business information. Additional pages, advanced functionality, and substantial design or content changes may incur additional charges.
We take reasonable steps to keep your website secure and functional. However, uninterrupted service and complete protection against all security threats cannot be guaranteed.
Your subscription includes up to two hours of technical support per month. This may be used for minor content updates, troubleshooting, routine website issues, and basic technical guidance.
Additional support beyond the included two hours is billed at $25 per hour, subject to your approval before the additional work begins.
Unused support hours do not roll over to the following month.
Requests involving significant development, new functionality, extensive revisions, or complex integrations are not included in the standard support allowance. We will provide a separate quote and estimated timeline for your approval before proceeding.
Services outside your monthly subscription may incur additional charges.
Our additional service rates are as follows:
Additional standard page: $50 per page
Additional technical support: $25 per hour
E-commerce website setup: From $300
Custom features and integrations: From $100
Major website redesigns: Custom quote
Website transfer or migration: Custom quote based on the work required
Final pricing depends on the complexity and requirements of the project. All additional work will be quoted and approved by the client before it begins.
Subscription payments are due monthly in advance. The initial subscription period requires a six-month commitment totaling $594.
We accept payments through bank transfer, Wise, or other agreed payment methods.
If a payment becomes overdue, we will notify the client and provide a reasonable opportunity to settle the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may result in temporary suspension of website services.
Any applicable late fees or additional charges must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Cancellation during the initial six-month commitment is subject to the applicable service agreement. Any financial obligations arising from early cancellation must be clearly stated in that agreement and handled in accordance with applicable law.
Your website subscription provides access to our website services, including hosting, maintenance, security, backups, updates, and technical support, for as long as your subscription remains active.
You may cancel your subscription after completing the six-month minimum commitment, subject to any applicable notice requirements and settlement of outstanding payments. Upon cancellation, the services included in your subscription will end.
If you wish to move your website to another hosting provider, you may request a website file handover or migration as a separate paid service. A one-time transfer or migration fee will apply, depending on the work required. The fee and scope of work will be quoted and approved before the transfer begins.
All outstanding balances must be settled before the transfer proceeds.
Clients retain ownership of domain names registered in their own name or account. Ownership and permitted use of website designs, code, content, and other website materials will be governed by the applicable service agreement.
Website files are not automatically transferred upon cancellation. Clients who require a copy of their website files or assistance migrating to another host must arrange this separately with Cebu Brilliant Codes.
Website files will be retained or deleted according to the applicable data-retention policy and service agreement.
Premium plugin licences, third-party subscriptions, themes, and external services are subject to their respective licence terms and are not automatically included in a website transfer. Clients may need to obtain their own licences or subscriptions to continue using certain tools.
To ensure a smooth working relationship, clients agree to:
Provide accurate business information, website content, images, and other required materials.
Provide the necessary access to domain registrars, hosting accounts, and other relevant services.
Respond to requests for information and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure they have the legal right to use all content, images, logos, and materials supplied for the website.
Maintain the security of their own accounts and credentials where applicable.
Delays in providing information, materials, or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following are not included in the $99 monthly subscription:
Premium plugin and theme licence fees.
Third-party service fees, including payment gateways, email marketing platforms, and booking tools.
Major new features or custom software development.
Content writing and professional photography.
Advanced SEO services and ongoing marketing campaigns.
Extensive redesigns or substantial website redevelopment.
These services may be arranged separately and will be subject to additional fees where applicable.
Cebu Brilliant Codes may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated to clients. Changes to pricing or material subscription obligations will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement and relevant laws.
Cebu Brilliant Codes will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information and materials they provide for their websites may legally be used and published.
